Cancellation Policy

At Xperience, we understand that plans can change, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to make adjustments to your travel arrangements. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible in writing (email).
  • For cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your travel date, we will provide a full refund of the total booking cost.
  •  For cancellations made 15-30 days prior to your travel date, we will provide a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
  • For cancellations made within 14 days of your travel date, we are unable to provide any refund.

Changes to Bookings

  • If you need to make changes to your booking, such as adjusting the travel dates or the number of travelers, please let us know as soon as possible.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your requested changes, but they are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected events or emergencies.
  • Travel insurance can cover trip cancellations, interruptions, delays, medical emergencies, and more.
